Introduction:
Teflon Expanded tape is made of pure PTFE, also called PTFE expand tape. It can be widely used in the transport and sealing of industrial fluids. Teflon expand tape is the most cost-effective alternative to sheet gasketing for large equipment flanges. Because it is a form-in-place gasket, so it nearly can be used in any sealing surface. Especially for the irregularities and damaged flange surface, expanded PTFE tape is the best choice.

Application
Expanded Teflon roll is especially suited for sealing flange connections, pipe systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, etc. In addition, it’s also ideal for seals in glass, enamel and plastic flanges, vessels and special shaped sealing surface.
Expanded PTFE tape saves money and time. Since there is no scrap or waste, it costs less than other gasket materials. By using only a few sizes, large inventories of sheet gasketing and costly precut gaskets can be eliminated. Installation time is kept to a minimum since there are no templates, precutting or special fitting requirements.
